To program pure C in Visual Studio 2019 without using .NET Framework, you can create a new project by selecting "File" > "New" > "Project" and then choosing "Empty Project" under the "Other Languages" category. Then, you can add a new C source file to the project by right-clicking on the project in the Solution Explorer and selecting "Add" > "New Item" > "C++ File". You can then write your pure C code in this file and build and run the project without using the .NET Framework. **

For creating a framework for a plaster sculpture, it is recommended to use a sturdy and flexible wire such as aluminum armature wire or steel wire. These wires are strong enough to support the weight of the plaster while also being malleable enough to shape into the desired form. Additionally, they can easily be bent and manipulated to create the structure needed for the sculpture. **

A fast telephoto lens with a wide aperture, such as a 70-200mm f/2.8, is suitable for indoor sports photography. This type of lens allows you to capture fast-moving subjects in low light conditions, which is often the case in indoor sports venues. The wide aperture also helps to create a shallow depth of field, isolating the subject from the background and creating a more dynamic and professional-looking image. Additionally, the telephoto focal length allows you to zoom in on the action from a distance, without being too intrusive to the athletes or disrupting the game. **

The installation of .NET Framework 4.5 may not be working due to a variety of reasons. It could be due to a conflict with existing software on the system, such as antivirus or security software. It could also be due to a corrupted installation file or a problem with the system's registry. Additionally, insufficient system resources or a lack of administrative privileges could also prevent the installation from completing successfully. Troubleshooting the specific error message or using the Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool may help identify and resolve the issue. **

The error message during the installation of .NET Framework can vary depending on the specific issue encountered. Some common error messages include "Installation failed," "Setup did not complete correctly," or "An error occurred during the installation." These messages typically indicate that there was a problem with the installation process, such as missing files, incompatible software, or a corrupted installation package. It is important to carefully read the error message to understand the specific issue and troubleshoot accordingly. **

When painting pure drywall, it is important to consider the preparation of the surface. This includes sanding down any rough spots or imperfections and applying a primer to ensure the paint adheres properly. Additionally, the type of paint and finish should be carefully chosen to achieve the desired look and durability. It is also important to properly ventilate the area and use appropriate safety equipment when painting to ensure a safe and effective application. **

The installation of .NET Framework and Addinprocessexe should not heavily burden the PC. .NET Framework is a software framework developed by Microsoft, and it is designed to provide a consistent programming model for building applications. Addinprocessexe is a process used by Microsoft Office applications to manage add-ins. While the installation of these components may temporarily use some system resources, it should not significantly burden the PC in the long term. However, it's always a good idea to ensure that your PC meets the minimum system requirements for these installations to ensure smooth performance. **
